Popular timelapse plugin manufacturer Granite Bay Software, mostly known for its deflickering plugin GBDeflicker, has discontinued all of its products.
I first purchased GBDeflicker as an After Effects plugin in 2015, and have used it extensively since to deflicker timelapse sequences.
Today, while trying to update my license to use with a new version of After Effects I discovered that the website states the following:
“Due to current and recent economic conditions we regrettably must discontinue all retail operations.
If you are having a problem with a current license, please submit a support ticket before December 31, 2022.”
All the products (plugins as well as standalone pieces of software) are listed as discontinued on the website.

I've featured GBDeflicker in previous videos, as well as in my timelapse courses, as an easy to use and powerful plugin to deflicker timelapse and video footage.
I wish the Granite Bay Software team all the best and hope they can return in the future.
If you are looking for alternative deflickering plugins and tools check out these videos.
This was THE best deflicker program out there. There must have been many AE people who were disappointed with this GB were having problems wit adobe to say the least and I was one of those right up until the end trying to sort problems out with GB’s deflickr and compatibility with changing platforms very generous help during those times. Totally sucks, thanks Adobe.
